Garmin Pay I think not supporting many bank credit cards in SGActually as long as the payment booth accepts visa or masters NFC, garmin pay will work with them all, dont need to have the garmin pay logo explicitly .
I know because I pay with it frequently and even works for Ezlink bus rides.

If budget is not an issue - Oppo watch X3 or OnePlus watch 4Besides Apple and Samsung.
Anyone currently using other brand Smart phone to recommend?
Would like to wear for jogging w/o bringing my phone, there after go for lunch/dinner and able to pay using app within the phone.
Can track the stress, hrv and sleep 24/7.On the contrary I am trying to shift away from smart watches.
Using a Garmin for years with all the features you mentioned but in the long run, my exercise regime is 3 times a week. So outside those days I do not wear the fitness tracker watch.
Furthermore, my stats are very fixed and static so I basically know them without even looking at the watch so at this stage I am contemplating downgrading to a fitbit air instead.
To me the more important thing is the motivation to exercise, at this stage have watch or no watch is no difference. Unless you're a competitive athlete and needs the stats for your training.

Last around 1.5 to 2 days with LTE always on. Usually I just connect it to the magnetic charging puck when I get home. A marathon shouldn't be a problem. Can I check how's the batery life? How frequent you need to charge it for normal usage?
Yes I know many brands can.Yah, the fitbit air can sufficiently do all these.
You mean app within the watch?Besides Apple and Samsung.
