SmartSwitch help

Hi,

When i 1st connect note3 and activate smartswitch, it gives me this message

<The currently selected connection mode is not suported by smartswitch. Change connection mode to "Media Device (MTP)" before connecting>

Can enlighten this, thanks v much.

finally resolved by using another usb port.

another qn :

does smartswitch transfer iphone's sms over.
coz i saw the sms box unchecked at smartswitch screen and says 0 message

It should transfer.
But you must backup at the itunes then transfer
