We have seen this game before time and time during the GE, PAP can give you all the reasoning and promise the sky to the voters to improve transport service. But right after the GE, there is yet again another hike in transportation price. Ask yourself this question, since 2011 has the fare hike improve the public transport/SMRT service!! No it doesn't!!
where does the extra revenue goes to?? just check out since the last GE, How much profits did the SMRT make yearly and give out to their share holders??
It seems after every GE, instead of announcing a 20% fare reduction, transport price eventually spike up coz those despicable b.astards kept complaining the transport price is too low as compare to other countries, and this is just to fill their pockets!
