SMS Notification Problem in S3

Hi all,

Need your help. Since I last restored my phone early last month, I have not been getting instant SMS notification on my S3. I can only see the new SMS when I tap on the SMS icon. If I leave my phone idle, I will not get any SMS notification at all. Other IM apps like FB Messenger and Whatsapp are working fine. Pls help. Thanks in advance.

My S3 is the non-LTE model running on 4.1.2. Unrooted.
