My way of working is to have very good relationship with whoever the leader/boss is.

When relationship is good, if got any such instances, if I bring up to the person they will say oh I didn't realize that. Ok will change it.

I do work at one company since 2022, the only people who have not changed are the owner and his daughter in law. The executive director has changed twice. All the other staff have changed several times.

I am still the only one remaining who has worked there since 2022.

Currently the other staff are also talking about leaving again.

The reason is because the owner is very rich but also very impetuous. Suka suka will tell people they are fired. Then say ok sorry I didn't mean it.

So after a while many of them don't wan to stay cos of this instability.
