Noticed a deduction of more than 6000 UNI$ for Jan statement. Called CSO. After holding on for a long time, was told it was for expired UNI$. Told CSO that Dec statement showed there was no expiring point in the coming month. CSO said will investigate and revert.

Please check your UOB statement for unauthorized deduction!

Uob also deducted $2400uni from me in Nov. I call in make a big fuss ... Just ask to speak to the cso supervisor or team leader politely they have the broader authority for granting waivers

I had the Dec statement at hand showing there was no expiring points within 2 months. CSO had no choice. Said will revert within 48 hours.

It is tiring being on guard every month for illegal bank activities. Maybe wiser to switch to DBS or CITI?

Only have 3 uob cards. PPV, PPA, UOB ONE. Still haven't heard from CSO after 48 hours. Probably call again on Monday.

Yeah until now they haven't reverted back to me why they sent me replacement card for Visa One and Visa preferred Platinum although both card have expiry date like 3-4 years from now.

If it is a mistake why can't they just admit it.
