Snow Sledding near Tokyo

Hi all!

Any recommendations for snow sledding near Tokyo?
So far I have narrowed down to Gala Yuzawa and Kawaruizawa. I love that Kawaruizawa have night activities and lifting even if we don't ski, but that is available only in late December (my trip is up till 23 Dec). For Gala, read that the sledding area is really small. Anyone that has gone to these 2 places, can share further on their experiences? Or anyone has gone to some others that also offer lifting even when we don't ski?

I only went karuizawa day trip before. If i'm not wrong, they create fake snow if there's no natural snow. The sledding and tubing area is decent.

I went in feb though and i think not real snow as wasn't snowing those few days although it was cold in tokyo and the nearby areas.
