Yes after 6 long hours sitting on the floor till my back hurt and eyesight got worse due to reading the small prints on the instructions manual.
Anyone can advise on the following.
1/ Have not installed Windows yet. How do i test my components? PC is able to turn on. All plugged in fans and CPU cooler spinning. Could connect a monitor to the GPU. From the UEFI I could see the RAMs inserted and SSD/HDD plugged in. Did i miss anything else?
2/ Im using the Asrock B250M-Pro4. It has 4 fan connectors. 3 four pin ones and 1 three pin one. Built my rig in a Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 which comes with 2x 120mm + 1x 140mm fan and then added another 2 Corsair AF120 for a total of 5 fans. Problem is, all the fan ports are 3 pin. Luckily the case comes with a fan controller which can support 3 fans. So now one of my 120mm fan has no port to connect to. Is there a way to work around this?
3/ Built my case fans as follows. 2x 120mm front intake, 1x 120mm bottom intake, 1x 120mm rear exhaust and 1 x 140mm roof (?) exhaust. H7 cooler facing the rear and PSU fan facing down. Is there good airflow or does it not matter much?
Your input and suggestions will be much appreciated. All in all i'm just happy the thing could power up
