I also didnt receive cashback for 4 days. I contacted socash and cs replied I exceeded $1000 withdrawal limited for the cashback. So there won't be any cashback for me for rest of the month. In that case, I can only withdraw $30 every time.
Is it the same case for those of you who didn't earn **?

No, CS told me under new program they have limited daily redemptions. I asked them does it mean if you withdraw early in the day will we get the cash back, they said they cannot reveal.

Then this morning I withdrew $30 and I got 30c cashback. So I am guessing, if you do it early in the day, you have better chance.

yes, this is the first reply of cs, but next day I withdrew at 9.30a.m and still no reward, so I asked socash again, after looking into my account, cs said I exceed the $1,000 this month , so no more reward. It is stated at T&C

Yeah, I guess that is the other limitation. But most of us were anyways sticking to $30 withdrawal daily as there is no added benefit of withdrawing more than that, even in the previous program.

Not wat I remember leh....there was a period I was snoozing from So Cash until I saw in this thread can withdraw $250 per times (if shop allows) and there was 1.5% cashback? Aiyo, I totally missed that round

I took $30 from SS ATM around 6.40pm to test the theory...got $0.30 direct into the queue, no more those lucky drawwheel button

Nope...I do the min $30 almost everyday....so far no hit anything
