Based on amount withdrawn, not the amount deducted. Usually it doesn't show up immediately. Got to wait up to a few days.

Now they have made it into a game, instead of just plain withdrawal. So people are invariably going to withdraw more than needed and then deposit back into ATMs.

I guess you should withdrawal large sums(like 200), since the effort is the same.
