Not sure where the promo details is updated. But when using the app the merchants mentioned have "promotion" under them with the 1.5% promo banner at the bottom when you select to withdraw from a merchant.

So cash reduced monthly cash out to $2000, not $2500 anymore. Today I cannot cash out.

this is their reply.

"Hi! we would like to inform you that we have further reduced the daily limit to $2000 only as this is to ensure compliance with regulations governing the AML/CFT and risk control steps to ensure that there are sufficient measures to keep our shop network and partner banks safe from activities that may lead to undesirable consequences if transactions are done with no economic purposes and value."

Yes, typo, 1k limit per day, 2k per month. So if u withdraw 1k each day, then in 2 days, it's done.
