You might have exhausted your monthly limit of $1500 withdrawal. How much did you withdraw in total this month?

he said he "(met) the criteria" so i would think he hasn't hit $1500 yet...

this soCash a bit fickle, anytime change tnc. i guess they didn't realise there're people who would go all the way to max out the promo credits and they weren't prepared to fork out those extra credits after all, so scaling back the promo somewhat.

dun think they'll run it again in September. we'll see..

I withdrew today exact difference. Until yesterday I had hit 1400 total amount in withdrawal for August. Today I withdrew 100, but didnt get any ** for it. I think last withdrawal that hits or crosses 1500 doesnt get **.
Does anybody found out the actual limit for the 1.5% reward cashback? Is it $1500 or $1490 or ??

Yes, from their perspective, I dont understand what is the point of running this promo. People who find it convenient will use SoCash, with or without promo. Promo for 1st time users makes sense, to get them used to SoCash. But running it for everyone, is a bit throwing away money.

From our perspective it is great.

There is a cost to hold cash in any merchants. SoCash offers a way for merchant to deposit cash into their accounts so merchants are willing to offer rewards for anyone to help them meaningfully.

I think the limit go down again. I was at 1100 withdraw next $100 but no cashback was given, contacted socash.

This is their reply:
Currently, there is a threshold limit on the withdrawal amount per month. We do not at the moment award any cashback as partial. Please note that as a check and balance we do not have any control over the threshold limit. This is done so that the transaction is performed as necessary and as the SOCASH app purpose. Please note that 1.5% cashback is not guaranteed for every transaction and will apply for selected users & selected shops only.

Rewards are not an entitlement and instead are a way of giving back in appreciating our users on the platform.

U said before, free money dun complain, but still they go complain :s13: The more people complain, they more they will tweet and cut, from 2k to 1.5k, to now dunno what? But the limit is $30, a limit, not an entitlement.

I never call to complain, I just try my luck, test.

The reply, tho difficult to understand due to the "english", is merely "repeating" the tnc. Dun complain if u dun get cos tnc already say so. If u get u are lucky.

Socash has its purpose, to help merchants recycle cash, so they will not stop users from withdrawing monies when they need it. The basic incentive for customers is the $1 per week reward. The bonus is the 1.5% but not guaranteed. If u are lucky, at the right place, right time, u get it. Promo will still go on as per tnc at the website.
