my guess is a bonus reward of $1 when my cycle reset next Monday when I will earn my first 10points to get it

this morning, the machine played me out (I forgot to check before I click my app to withdraw), shutdown when I want to scan, so have to request refund!

If the machine running out of $10 notes, $60 withdrawal will fails too.
So please check the availability of the notes before click the soCash button to confirm. Just now kena and awaiting for refund.

SS green machine monitor screen will display notes availability. If the notes has one slash means not available.
Normal cashier withdrawal is not affected.

I did withdrawal using DBS paynow today. It is confusing. 1st need to scan socash and then open dbs app and then scan paynow qr code. So, it is a bit of a pain for the shop keeper.

Also now the cashback has a new name. It says "Bonus Cashback"

After getting to the $1k limit, can I still do SS $tm withdrawal to basically encash the rewards? And can I just do multiple transactions on the same day to basically claim all the remaining rewards in 1 go?

No cashback never mind, just wait till next month promo then do whole thing again.

Think there is a limit of times you can withdraw from same merchant in the same day.

It was an unwritten rule that probably only the shop owners know (last time).

Last time in the start was 10 transaction same person same shop. Then when people abused it, it drops to 10 transactions same person per day....

funny, i went to withdraw $60 today 'cos I had $0.90 from previous withdrawal more than 1 week ago (so the 10 points expired liao), then I received:
- $0.90 bonus cashback
- $1 cashback

but i didn't get 10 points (used to be that they give 10 points per withdrawal), and the meter still shows 10/30 with the expired 10 points (earn 20 more points ... by 8 October at xx:xxpm) - already expired.

I didnt get any additional 10.10 cashback when I withdraw yesterday. Just got the normal 90c cashback for withdrawing $60

I didn't collect 10 points this time round, only the $1. well, suits me since I won't be bothered to withdraw 3 times weekly given all the latest pattern they chut.

Their point system is quite buggy this month.

Started withdrawal from 01/10, I got $1 on 03/10, 07/10 and 10/10, and now tracker becomes grey.

And between 08/10 - 10/10, the tracker is showing I have 0 point and 'Earn 1 more points to claim 1 SGD free cash' (yes 1 more points, not 10 more points).

Just wondering if it's normal to have cashback cannot fully withdraw in full upon next withdrawal. Each time I withdraw $60 it deducts only 1 x previous cashback (either $0.90 or $1) but never deduct like $1.90 (Oct onwards)

Now my wallet accumulate till $2.80 ($0.90+1+0.90). Is that correct or is mine buggy? I uninstalled and installed still the same.
