My friend is a new 1st time user. Yesterday, he withdraw at a promo shop $60, he got 90c.

Today he withdrew same shop $60 he got only 30c.

Does anybody know why?

Withdraw using Dbs/posb ibanking 0.5% now

there is a new promo notification

get $2 extra for $100 withdrawal ... but cant figure out which r the selected partner shops that offer this

I received an email from Sophie that my rewards are expiring on 31 Oct. However my Rewards page in the Socash app showed Mid Nov. Any advice?

U can chat them up in app. I just chat them concerning missing notifications and they replied promptly

Just used OCBC PayAnyone at SS. 1st time user. It's smoother than DBS ibanking :D

After this withdrawal, this month I withdrew 10*$60 nia.

By right the app filter based on payment method. Think you just say socash, and follow the instructions on the app. No need to tell minimart your payment method.

Just tried Socash using dbs paynow, already entered the sms otp and after paynow qr code scan and click transfer, it sent me to the hard token signin page:s27:

When your accumulated transfer earlier today is over a threshold, need hard token even now transfer with small amount.
