No, I think if you create 2 accounts and login on the same phone, then they will be become suspicious.

In my case they didn't suspend my account. They just barred me from any cashback. Then I wrote to them and asked them to close one account and they reinstated my cashback for the future.

I think the $2 FreeCash is not immediate. Based on previous response for the $3 FreeCash promotion, the FreeCash was given few days later.
