The validity date for those socash rewards expiring between 7 Apr to 4 May will not be extended, according to Socash. Reasons being their partners are mostly essential services. They have neglected that we should avoid crowded places which are now basically left with the essential services.

Stopped using this because one day they suddenly froze my account for suspicious activity, so i deleted the app. I couldn't be arsed to call them to reinstate, because when i really think about it, the time taken to get the cashback is not quite worth it. Their partners generally have the machine powered off etc, so usually need to wait quite long while they struggle with the machine.

I normally withdraw 30+30, but now it is better to avoid frequent visit to shops so I withdrew 100+100, I got 30c+30c. Not really looking at maximizing rewards anymore. Now I have got used to so cash, no more visiting ATM for me.

Am trying to find out if DBS/POSB has limit too. Haven't gotten any reply from socash

Lately encounter a handful of double deductions.. Eg yesterday i draw twice. But deducted 4 times from my bank acc. Socash app didn't capture the extra 2 thus unable to request for refund. Got to chat in app to notify them.

But so far so good as previously i overlook 1 double deduction. They put in effort to email cum sms me to alert me about it
