Yup correct in fact only 2 times per day awarded cashback. So do 1 shop is enough

The idea to withdraw cash from shops is good but too bad Singapore is too small and ATMs are nearby almost everywhere. Furthermore our society today are towards e-money transaction, so enjoy it while it lasts.
