Is 1.5% applicable for SS only ?

Yesterday I draw $50 from my usual I gotten 75c leh. I didn't receive any prior notification oso. Store keeper told me others withdraw $30 don't have any cashback

If base on their facebook post. Seems like 1.5% until tomorrow. But not sure why it state 1st transaction only. I draw twice yesterday gotten twice
