10.3.3 is more of a security update and will most likely be the last iOS update for 32 bit devices.

Not sure which OS but remember when if you didn't use Safari for some time and when you use it, the page is just blank? Seems like the issue is back.

This is security update. Security do not need to wait for major update for us to update.

Anyone having problems of restarting the phone after this latest update? I used to be able to fire up my game application but after updating, I need to keep restarting the game application to get connected. Likewise for FB app as well..
