Just updated mine to 11.3.1 too. Batt % does seems to drop faster. Even when the unit is turned off and later turned on, the batt % also drop a few %

My icloud photos and videos issue cannot be resolved no matter how so i erase iPhone and restore again. All is well now

No battery draining issues so i suspect the reset and restore helps

It’s quite consistent. It’s not draining a lot but I certainly can notice the slight difference.

iOS 11.3.1 is safe or the more stable iOS 11 update.

But before updating, do a backup of your device(s). Either to iCloud or iTunes though the preferred method is backup (and update) via iTunes.
