Checked the battery usage, my Photos app takes up 60%! 6hrs background activity. Wtf

Photos yes alot. at least 50,000 pictures and 3,000 videos.

But all were synced up all along.

Now got another problem.

My icloud has got all the videos. But on my iphone got about 1000 videos are missing. All from a missing period of time. wtf man....

relax, give it some time to download n do all e face detection etc. u can't expect things to happen in an instant. iOS does all these house keeping after every iOS update.

Alrighty...

Another question.

All along whenever I take a photo, the picture appear in full resolution in the album. but recently, before this update too, the photo will be blurred and takes a while to appear full resolution.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
Tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud.
Tap Photos.
Choose Optimize [device] Storage.

The picture still downloading hence the reason.

yup. its Optimze iPhone storage already.

Very strange recently keep having icloud problems. All along no issues, on the same settings.
Take photo, preview also clear.

Now take photo, blur in preview and no image in album. Wanna instagram also loading very long to upload the photo

recently cos u have 50k photos n u just updated to new iOS.

This has happened to me recently. It seems that photos taken and does not appear is within the buffer doing some sort of processing. In preview may be blur but it is captured cause you can even play back the live photo of it. I've tried, restarting the device and it didn't help. The only thing you can do is wait

My iPhone x installed the update itself last night....:eek::eek:

cos this morning saw the message that my iPhone had been updated and prompt me pass code to login....

now is auto one meh? like Windows 10 update, kenna force

u prob keyed in yr passcode when u saw e right screen. shud have clicked "remind me later"
