I know? I said updated all my iOS 12.4 devices? Means those devices with iOS 12.4 installed has been updated to iOS 12.4.1 with no issue?

People have issue updating 12.4.1, not 12.4.

Reset your router.
Check firewall
Disable VPN if you have it.

Don’t use public wifi (eg. Starbucks, Mcdonald’s, Etc.) to update your software/firmware.

Don’t use 4g network to update...use only home secured wifi.
