[Software Update] iOS 17.2.1 is Out!

Noticed that now the font selection for clock down from 8 (iOS 16.6.1) to 6 (iOS 17.0), specifically the 2nd and 6th font. Fml if if I knew I would have selected the 2nd font before updating.

Go to Safari open a new tab and in the google search tab search for anything. Does it come up as desktop view or mobile view?

Using private tab, search results are shown on mobile site.

Maybe you can click on the aA icon beside the URL bar and click on website settings to check if Request Desktop Website setting is toggled on.

Once you choose the website as desktop mode, it will remain the selection whenever you browse from Safari.

You can reset it via Settings > Safari > Request Desktop Website

Irritating how soft the notifications are and if I turn it up, the ring tone is too loud. Either make notifications and ring tone separate volumes or make the notifications reasonably loud.

omg, didn’t improve and get worse instead.. i’m still on 16.5.1 where battery consumption already start to consume significantly, now i think i don’t want to update liao

Yea it’s quite obvious the battery life ain’t as good on iOS 17 on my ip14 PM even after the optimisation period thing. Used to be able to last 1.5 days for me, now it’s down to 1 day with same usage pattern…
