that was fast, straight to 17.6, skipping 17.2 to 17.5?

After updating notifications no longer appear on my Lock Screen. When a WhatsApp message came in my watch can show the notification but it does not appear on my Lock Screen.

I cannot get the OTA for the iOS 17.6.1 (21G101) re-release. Weird. Have to use the IPSW it seems
