Iphone 17 can measure sugar level now with updates ?

I’m thinking of doing a clean install of 26.3 on my 16PM (currently on 18.7.3) via DFU mode.
After I finish this clean install, if I restore from backup, will all my apps plus apps’ data get restored fully?
I don’t mind installing the apps manually but is concerned if the 2FA apps like Okta, authentication apps like MS Authenticator won’t work properly. And for banking apps, will I need to setup everything afresh?

actually you dont need to do dfu, just install it via a. mac or computer. click the update will be a clean install with all your data intact instead of a delta update.

DFU will be better, it is more "clean".
