Update on my 6+ battery life after a few days on 8.4. Initially, the battery life seemed to dip a bit compared to 8.3; then yesterday, I did a soft reset, then reset all settings. Now my 6+ battery life has improved, seems even slightly better than when it was on 8.3.

Everything is working normally..

It is always recommended to do a soft reset on every update. This is what i always do. But some people find it troublesome.

Yeap yeap. For those who r not sure.. just hold down both ur home and lock button until u see the reboot apple logo. Quite fast one haha.. all ur data and info would still be intact so don't need to be scared lol.

This doesn't cause you to lose any data or apps I know, but what about settings such as mail or wifi settings?

Thanks I try to do software reset
Did it solve the problem? Very scary leh. Just when I was considering jumping back to the world of iPhone I suddenly hear about this.

Sigh! Seems like iPhone updates these days fix some issues and introduce other problems. :(

Under settings -> reset all settings

i would suppose the best is to do a clean restore but that's an ass to perform it
when i was on android, i could do clean restore much easily. i can do clean restore up to 3 times a day n there is no issue

Like that all photo etc will be gone about?

No, is only settings, photo r not settings.

Mainly wifi password, battery percentage indicator, preferences, GPS settings, etc
