Hello I was caught staying out and there is a pending charge on me. May I know if I can still go for my MA if I kena SOL. I want to know more about how SOL works and things that I can or cannot do during my SOL thanks.

you should ask your commanders whether you can go on medical appointment when you are on SOL. Nobody here can tell you whether your commanders will allow u to go or not.

If you are being tried in a summary trial, seek permission from the disciplinary officer.

With regards to SOL, the limits of your punishment will be made known to you by the disciplinary officer, but generally speaking, you will be confined in camp.

Need someone to accompany you to/fro MA. Stock up on meds if you're on medications. Need to keep every x hour sign the SOL attendance book wearing number 4. Attend staff parade at 10 pm. Surrender 11B and camp pass to DOS. Very sian if one person...will succumb to loneliness.

Different units have different SOP.

Not every unit has staff parade, or requires No. 4. 11B may not be in the custody of the DS/OS.
