The garment has to make it such, that 1 parent work and 1 parent raise the kids.

Meaning 1 income is enough to feed the entire family. Like the generations before us.

Stop ripping us off by pricing BTO high - in the name of raiding our coffers - and needing 2 incomes to fund it.

Now our coffers fat fat but maybe there will be no more Singaporeans.

they neber chupz if there ish will hab no more stinkies... they juz impork and then call them stinkies can riaoz... @Shion :s12::s22::frown:

Try harder? I mean if you fully pay off your loan before having 3 kids, that’s a sign you’re pretty successful too!

look on the bright side eh?
Some people no choice married late mah. When me and my spouse bought our bto we had combined over 20 years of CPF OA already.

Money is the solution. Gov should give all mothers a monthly salary. If you want a higher salary for that, you have to give birth to more children. Eg, 2 children = $3000 per month, 3 children = $4000 per month. 😝😝 After it is implemented, you will sure see a high surge in the birth rate next year. 🥳

Yes, so this policy is meant to incentivise young uns to get married and pop out the kids early? Bro, policies have target audience leh, and scoped to them…

Anyway, just my suggestion. Not as if Gov is gonna do this. Just us EDMWers passing time…

The policy main aim is pop kids. Any leaning that benefit youngster is a bonus because of their longer runway.

However, I feel that it's the millennials who will hard carry this as the number of child bearings females of gen Z or maybe even alpha drop by quite a bit and are not ready yet.

I see in my kids school, many who look to be in late 40s or even early 50s.
