Some advice(s) pls!

Hi guys, it's been YEARS since i last touched on desktop related things, so would like to have some advices for current tech. I'm looking to build a pc that's able to game at near max/max details and resolution, video editing/production, music production and some other minor stuffs. Double screen if possible. Pls advise Thanks!

Minor stuffs would be like making of game maps, some 3D modelling related etc etc.

Oh and I don't need OS and keyboard/mouse.

Budget wise, lets say around 1k-2.5k maybe? Thanks!

Games like Crysis 3, BF4, War thunder, Tomb raider, Far cry 3... Basically all the super draining games. Thanks!

With 2.5k you can get GTX 780, i7-4771, 2x8GB Quality RAM, a good-looking casing, good-looking cpu cooler and a lot of nice fans. Plus 24" monitor.
