Some advise on iPhone Replacement?

Hi guys need some advise here,

When I bought my iPhone from telco, any issue I bring back they will give me a 1-1 exchange (refurbished) before my year up. But if I bought from Apple direct, where do I do this?

Telco don't do exchange anymore. All done in service centers for both telco and Apple Store units: A-Labs or QCD.

Depends on the issue. If the damage is repairable (e.g. Screen, battery), they service. Otherwise replace.

It's much easier to get 1-to-1 replacement if u have applecare+, just ask for express replacement service which is free. If you don't have applecare+, this will cost $38.

so I call them say my phone having problems, ask them send me a new one?

They will place a holding charge of the cost of the phone on your credit card as well

Suggest you call the apple helpdesk, tell them the problems you're having with the phone & check with them if you can opt for the express replacement service.

Express replacement service is the best if you have apple care+. They will hold some amount on your CC and send the replacement set with the box for you to return your old phone.
You will get the replacement phone within 2 business day, transfer your data(what ever) and send back the old phone with pre-paid airwaybill(DHL) within 14 day.

Buy Telco Mobile swop also not bad...i exchange a iphone cos i drop and got dents at the side...of coss need to pay $150+

Replacement is subject to the Service Provider's discretion.

Usually, obvious pink/green hue is consider as Screen Distortion and covered under Apple Limited Warranty. Again, Replacement of screen is subject to the AASP's discretion.
