For office use, mainly running accounting software. No need overclock CPU or motherboard.

1. Will 4gb ram be enough to future proof at least 3 to 5 yrs or so?

2. Is G series processor good enough or should try to get i5 these days?

3. What wattage PSU to get? What are some reliable brands or models that can last at least 5 years?

4. What motherboard to use which is very durable for 5 yrs and has all in one graphics, lan, sound, usb3, or even with wifi? Asus, Intel or gigabyte?

5. Should assemble in funan or sim lim? Any recommended shop name?

2. G3220/G3240 processor can already. i5 is just a waste.

3. Seasonic S12G 450 for top performance

4. If you want reliability Gigabyte H81M-S2PV. If you just want it to be cheap ASRock H81M-DGS. Can't vouch for reliability on those but anything happen the shop will help you settle

5. PC Themes. No exception.

Also, For HDD 1TB Toshiba combine that with a CoolerMaster N200

I doubt u can feel the difference.

Of course need cooler. The heat wont dissipate on its own. At least a heatsink is required.

Stock cooler is fine. If you want quieter grab a Deepcool Gammaxx 200.

The boxed processor includes a stock cooler. You do not have to spend additional money to buy a separate one. So just install it.

I think the X series offer 7 years warranty, but I think that is overkill for this kind of usage pattern...

X-series indeed. and CM V700,850 and 1000 based on X-series KM3 platform. 1200 is from XP3 platform
