Some SFF build questions

I was considering the following hypothetical build. Some parts not available locally.

Intel G4560 + AsRock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming-ITX/ac
1 x m.2 SSD: Maybe ADATA XPG SX8000 or Samsung 960 Evo 256GB
1 x 2.5" 2TB
Inwin Chopin with 150W 80+ Bronze PSU

This build is for portability, travel, general business use with some light gaming. This is small (3.3L) size and easy to carry. Motherboard has WIFI ac and BT, and also Thunderbolt 3 (but max speed is 20Gb/s). I do not intend to OC.

Questions about TB:
1. Can I use this for fast charging? If so will PSU be enough?
2. Is it possible to connect to eGPU and play games if bandwidth is limited as above?

Some areas I travel to have unreliable power supply. Not sure how the PSU might handle surges or power failure. I found this internal UPS, but not sure if suitable or how it will work. Maybe it will fit into the second 2.5" HDD bay but also it looks a bit thick sized:

Monitor can use hotel room tv but need to bring along kb and mouse. But 150w I dun know can use what gpu for your light gaming needs.

I will have a display, keyboard etc. available. So no need laptop. Also do not like working on small screen and keyboard.

I think egpu comes with own power supply. 150W should be for box only.

The mainboard don't make sense with for this rig. You get a high end overclocking mainboard and pairing it with a Pentium.

No matter how small the casing is, it will be bigger than a laptop. I do agree with the others if you are looking for mobility, nothing beats a laptop. Plus you are also looking at a UPS, which makes this rig even less mobile.

The reason for mobo choice is thunderbolt. UPS is not essential but was considering this unit as it is internal.

Prefer desktop components as can modify and troubleshoot more easily. 3.3L is a very small package anyway. I am mostly staying in one place than moving about, so I don't need laptop mobility.

What kind of business use u intend to do? TV can never replace a monitor if u intend to do serious work with it.

Seems like UPS is not compatible. Now just wondering if PSU can handle Thunderbolt peripherals.
