Something went wrong after changing some settings on bios... Need help!

I changed my fan speed and memory clk to 3600mhz on bios and desktop rgbs are on but screen / keyboard and mouse not on.... Need help on how to fix this...

Look for the reset CMOS jumper.

Or remove the CMOS battery for 5 mins then put it back...

just remove the battery

reset CMOS, it looks like 3 pin or 4 pin cover with plastic cap.

When you wanna mess with changing clock speed, knowing how to reset / clear CMOS is a must.

if dont know how to overclock dont anyhow, and yes must know how to reset CMOS, get a friend who knows or someone who knows to help, or maybe pay someone for his time

Most likely memory overclocked that cause this, Ryzen memory OC is quite a rabbit hole which you need to go read up and get familiarize with the Bios setting.

P.s Even as your ram module is rated to run at XMP 3600mhz, it does't means that it will run 3600mhz out of box, you will still need to meddle with the timing,voltage and SOC etc manually to achieve stability for 24/7 usage.
