Suspected that PSU is faulty. Take out and do a paper clip test. If it runs means PSU healthy. If not the PSU faulty.

Basic PC Troubleshooting: Test A Power Supply with a Paperclip - YouTube

Watch and do it.

If it passes the paper clip test then check is the HDD still functioning.

Connect another power cable that connects to the HDD. If still cannot boot up, then mobo up lorry liao.

Yup the fan spinning

Then mobo up lorry already. Just go there with the mobo and cpu. It is fine de. They will take account for it at the service slip. If need to RMA they will RMA and take it out for you.

Probably you also need the CPu for them to do testing before they proceed to rma

No need remove the CPU from mobo. It is not gonna help.

Most likely is the PSU or the HDD no power.

Seriously, in what way does HDD will affect no post?

And if a psu fan spins using the paper clip test, are u able to confirm it can supply the required voltage?
