What kind of review are you looking at? Review is very general and subjective because surely there are good and there are bad reviews.

I always used Sompo when travelling to Japan. Have claimed before when train service disrupted for a day due to weather. Very smooth process.

Similar experience as above except it was for theft of personal items in Japan. Got my claim within 2-3 weeks.
