I went to drop my phone off for servicing at the simei one. It's a very small shop. The staff not that bad, quite friendly.

Just that servicing my x10 mini pro is so slow. I've been waiting for more than two weeks and they say it's still not ready yet.

I was told by a staff from the wisma atria outlet that the only service centre available now is the Bishan Junction 8 one.

is that true?

Hi guys, I purchased an Xperia ray 1 week ago and realised that the aluminium frame has an uneven dent and also the back cover paint peeling off at a corner... I suspect mine is a refurb set even thou I bought it from Singtel shop.

Will going to service centre for them to rectify help? The phone is all fine except the housing seems to be badly done... (maybe I have OCD... =/)

Please help.. I can't seem to get to call through today (hari raya haji)

You should bring the phone down for them to take a look. The contact centres are closed today. And only the service centre at Wisma is open today.

The alumimium frame will not be such a simple affair but the battery cover can be puchased from J8 serivce centre that is if they have stock and does not cost much. Usually less than $10, I have purchasd for 2different SE phones before.

bishan is the main service cte
and the only one
for SONY mobiles
collections points like at orchad ION i think what they mean is for u sent it over there

but its best u go bishan once and for all
as is the only service cte in singapore

I've already sent in it at J8 on Sunday, and have asked the CSO about collecting
my phone at other outlets which she said canNOT,
therefore i post my queries here.

But now i think i get you.
What you meant was, these COLLECTION points are supposed to collect your
phone from you and help you send it to their service ctr at J8!
