Yes. Mine also button not functioning so they replaced a new watch body with my used metal strap.

indeed 1 to 1 exchange haha, they don't do repair for SW2
Very likely the water entered from the USB port, that's the problem when wear the watch on the left hand

Got update for SW2. Now able to sort your app location. Now can have 2 clocks which allow you to swipe around.
