Sony Tap 11 release date?

Hi,

Anyone knows when is the ETA for Sony Tap 11?
Seems to be interesting as it has GPS, Core i5 to i7 for selection

Considering this vs Surface Pro 2 but Surface doesn't have GPS which is what I would like to have
