Hi guys, is Lazada Sony official store legit? seems they are running a good promotion on the old x90k models, even better than HN and BD.. but the warranty policy on lazada app somehow not clear and the customer service is not responsive

$1977 aft all vouchers applied. Absolute steal for a BRAVIA XR FALD TV, although it's a 2022 model. Grab it if it's stil in stock. Official Sony Lazada store, so standard 3yrs
warranty coverage from Sony.

Hi all, not sure if this is the place to ask but my X90J that I bought in Nov 2021 started having vertical lines showing on my tv and the top left corner isn’t black anymore but has a purple tint. I’ve tried to restart it but still appears. :( anybody able to advise?

While diving into the spec sheets, SG's A95L listed its panel of 100Hz instead of 120Hz which I think is due to our 50Hz PAL system.
US A95L spec only list 120Hz as they are NTSC.

I paid 1929 for 65X90K display set from GC in July, still same 3-year warranty hence took the plunge.
Recently backside itchy went to ask same model display set price at mid valley Sony physical store - RM5k, but 2 years Sony Malaysia warranty.

I have to get off my chest...my Sony Bravia TV, only 3+yrs old, stopped working this week and they charge me 400-bucks to fix defective powerboard! only 3yrs for such product fault in premium product line is just not acceptable, let alone make customer pay so much (ok, I get it's out-of-warranty and willing to pay something, but to essentially re-purchase basic parts that failed is too much)
anyways, just curious if Sony has dropped so far to poor quality from what they used to be

I have my brother and many friends continue to be loyal to Sony TV, despite product issues. My brother’s case, he got the really high end one a couple of years back, spoiled within 1 year. Sony replaced it but he had to top up a bit to get the later version.

Me, all my TVs are either LG and Philips, and they last until I sell them after 5 years. The only spoiled one was LG 55EG910 curved OLED, spoiled after 7yrs and sold it for parts. Am now on my 10/11/12th TV - 2LGs and 1Philips. I have never owned Sony TV mainly because I find them pricier than other options.

My brother-in-law's FHD Philips TV was replaced by Philips SG with a 4K TV at no extra cost within warranty period. Nice!
