Well my Xperia 1 VII finally went.. phone was dead in the morning.. and I thought I lucked out. It did receive the Android 16 update sometime last week. Back to Xperia 5 V for now sigh

Get it changed to new one. Nice phone leh.

No I didn't .. no harm trying I guess but not expecting much to be honest. If it's Sony from the old days before then yes.. We managed to get Korean and American Vaio laptops repaired in Singapore
