You may be right. However, can offset some value is still better than nothing. If purchase from Sony after pre-order offer has ended, have to pay full price w/o freebies which is worse. And I am not counting on street shops to pick up Sony any time soonThis time round faster not bad but the headphone sell got ppl buy at 300?
Recently wf-xm3 my fren buy from ppl below 200....
Doubt the headphone can sell at 300...maybe 200 but ppl rather buy wh-xm3 I suppose

Hence pre-ordering with freebies will seem more value?Street prices cannot be too far from retail price since all Sony phones come directly from their own retailers.
Seeing that the Xperia 1 II local set is still selling with the pre-order freebie... Should I tactically wait for Xperia 5 II to be released then use Lazada vouchers when the next sale comes up? $1349 is a bit too steep for me...

For me nowadays clear case can already lolI really like what I'm seeing in the 5ii. But my only gripe is it will be really hard to find cases for the phone, considering it's not commonly used, unlike Samsung and iPhone

Does anyone know if the phone will support the Singapore 5G networks? I noticed that there is no mention of the 5G bands in the Networks section even though the processor description says - "Qualcomm®*Snapdragon™ 865 5G Mobile Platform".
The Sony UK and HK product pages specify 5G bands specifically.

Makes sense and the store staff did also confirm that it should work with 5G networks here too. It was just odd that it's was excluded from the Singapore product page.
