nice phone, the sales guy at Sony Shop actually threw a actual Go handset onto the floor (not carpet) and it wasn't even scratched or scuffed, impressive.

i read from reviews online many are complaining of their screen getting scratched easily and some even crack after waist height impact onto concrete floor... some even complained that the earphone covers snaps easily hence the water-resistant feature becomes condemned...

anybody else bought this? I've got one as it's $0. Love the feel and look of it. The screen is not "pixelated" but it is not as good as the higher ends one, can live with it.

I'm not using screen protector now (since it says the sales guy dump it into a small container of small stones, shake it hard and it's still scratchless), but thinking of getting a matt one just to reduce the reflection. any idea where to get cheap and good ones?

well, i usually don't like to use any of my phones with a casing, be it a sports phone or not, so it all boils down to whether you mind some scratches on the casing (casing is not scratch-proof, only screen is), or maybe you want your phone to look different than its original state.

i thought if you don't drop the phone or treat it roughly, there's no need for screen protector though, since a protector can't protect it from a drop either. but for my case, i just want it to be less reflective... like i'm considering one for my laptop as well. have always prefer matt screens...
