Seem like mobiles square etc never sell this phone
Nope never sell already.

One more thing : YouTube still have the same problem , same with xperia 1III ... The 3 buttons below never show once you pull down the comment box... Have to turn off the display temporarily and turn back on to see the 3 buttons... 😑😑😑

I went to 313 to touch and feel the phone just now...
- phone's super squarish, it's been a few years since I last used Sony (Z5) so quite surprised by the flat and box feel all around
- the camera app is really like a camera, no horse run (not suitable for those who just want to point and shoot and expect Instagram worthy pics)
- idk why but whenever I zoomed in the photos taken they keep appearing a bit out of focus / blurry (maybe I no skill)
- phone warms up real quickly even in camera mode and just fiddling with the controls; it's not exactly *hot* but it's very obvious to the touch

Other aspects
- the purple is dark purple, quite subtle and elegant
- free leather case is basic case that covers the back and edges nicely; no wobble when placed flat on its back (it's not for sale by the way, only as free gift)
- the xm4 is going for $309 on its own after cashback, offer until father's day

Minimum distance focusing for telephoto lens (85 /125 mm) is about 40 cm away. Either that or the handset did not update firmware.

I wasn't using the telephoto.. was just taking normally (no zoom).

it's when I pinched in to magnify the pics that I noticed they're not very sharp... dunno what's wrong.

Ah beng shops rarely touch any phone that isn't from BBK, Samsung, Xiaomi or Apple.
they sold the previous generation tho...

I think I'll wait a few more months to see if there's any improvement on heat issues via firmware updates or something... every review so far (including chatter at reddit) all complain about the heat.

else.. probably have to wait for next generation of snapdragon chip. sigh!

Which lens? 85-125mm lens right? Hope its the firmware issue if you made the correct distance and settings for your camera.

Tear down of the phone.

No it's not, it's the 24mm sensor zoomed in to about 70mm that's why this is weird.

On brightside, I have been streaming paramount+ and Netflix 4K daily and there's almost no heat :). Really is just camera generate heat for me thus far

Some perplexing photo quality here. I used Shutter priority, tapped on the cat to focus and yet it's blurry?

24mm lens zoom to 70mm is digital zoom already. For better details did you turn on AI super resolution?
