Hi guys, anyone had to drop their for for warranty claims or servicing recently, maybe in the past month or so?

Going to send my Xperia 5 in later, not sure if their service has improved or been the same as the last time I had to send my Xperia Z1 in

Not sure I also sending in my Xperia 5 for servicing next time.
Their operating hours also change Mon - Fri: 11am - 7pm.
Weekend closed, BTW physical store closed so if need any accessories
cannot buy.
Have to wait till phase 2.

I dropped by on Tuesday. No queue.

Got my phone back on the same day as it was a software issue.

Just sent in, fingerprint reader not responsive it's a hardware issue so counter staff can't verify.

Will have to get technician to review. Hopefully doesn't take long.

Only realizing now xz2 compact screen very tiny lol
