Brother, not sure on the pricing as I never changed mine so far but I know it can be changed in Service Centre and pricing might be ex.

probably might not change outside. a few of my friends changed outside and the cover cannot seal properly liao

Can just check with Sony service center. Usually their counter got price list of parts as well.

Need to apply glue. For piece of mind, can go back to Sony but will be more ex. Can compare the price first.

I had ever requested for data to be preserved and it was not wiped.

But usually would recommend to do backup since accident and miscommunication do happen.
