Just to feedback that the update seems to reduce the heat from the processor when I am comparing running the same game, it used to be quite warm when starting the game but now, the heat is no more.

As for the GPU throttling, it used to be quite jerky and pause when I am running the 4K video but now, it is very smooth.

It all depend on the format of the video you watching, you can download MX Player which can play a lot of formats.
