Ya I feel the new design quite good for those who don’t like the boxy mono design
And more ergonomic I feel this phone but the back of the xz2 feel like glass hahahhah scare drop gg hahahhah so getting a case seem better choice allthohgh the naked feel is good to feel the new curved little bit fatter Xz2

Hope the screen isue is isolated issue

Wait for xz2 drop to $698 hahaha which I know Any android will drop pretty fast compare to Apple

Mine ip7 still $600 after soo Long more 17month not bad plus Apple offer discounted battery replacement so can use much longer

Try the hauwei p 20 And Pro not bad and Apple like Ui not bad I like it but don’t like China Phone so I won’t buy it even it’s better than my choice

Hope Sony comes out a dual camera and OIs too

Read news next android os following iPhone X gesture swipe too so it’s will be a plus much easy to navigate

$818 is Sony promo that I recently buy.

Price is one thing but like I share in another thread.
Whether the feel, design and etc. suits you or not.
As not many like myself like XZ2 design so end up with XZ1.

XZ1 so far quite good, lasting battery, premium design and etc.
But not for people who dislike thick bezels.

I'm using xz2 now.
So far still importing stuff over from old hp.

Don't like a few pre- installed apps that cannot be deleted.

also cannot disable?

Can disable, but will still take up space.

oh and sometimes the lighting of the screen is inconsistent. It will suddenly brighten for no reason before going back to normal. Sometimes, not often.

fingerprint works smoothly, although my finger don't normally rest at the sensor - is an extra effort to put there.

mostly the interface didn't change much I feel, quite familiar.

It maybe either adaptive brightness at play.
If you are under good light/sun, it will dim.
If under dark/low light than it will brighten.

Take note if you turn this off, brightness level you have
to adjust yourself and may consume more battery.
Or backlight control but this on at default is off.

Useless de la. Need so fast for what...
Go inside mrt during Working hours and after working hours.
Don even have 3g connection.

Inside mrt connection then is the most impt cause thats the time when we are doing nth and using phone constantly :s13:

XZ2 support up to 1Gbps Gigabit LTE speed, should be able to support StarHub boosted LTE network.

Nevermind the upper speed limit when the average speeds of some telcos are miserable most of the time.:D

New xz2 compact user here. God damn it this phone is blazing fast!!!!!!!!

Any other compact user here?

I've tried almost every flagship. The snappiness of this phone is top notch as good if not better than pixel 2.

I'm using one of those annoying temper glass SP with sticker on the border. It sucks big time... Anyone know where I can get a non border sticker kind? It messes up my touch screen sensitivity

Sent from Sony H8324 using GAGT

The camera on compact isn't as fast as previous Sony phones.. After pressing the shuttle button it takes a while to snap a picture. I turned hdr off and same issue. Manual or auto mode same.
