Sound from Laptop

Hi! My xiaomi notebook pro 15.6" occasionally has sounds (like a loud sound then stop for a few seconds then another) coming from the bottom. I'm not sure if it's overheating because it happens very randomly, sometimes when I first turn it on, sometimes when it has been turned on for a while. I had previously changed the ssd as it became spoilt and I did ask the repair centre to look out for this issue but they didn't face it. Any ideas? Much appreciated!

Should be the fan as its speed is self adjusting base on CPU temperture.try opening it up and clean up the dust around it. If still cannot fix then has to change to new fan unit.
