Try entering a non-registered email, they will then allow you to enter the old product serial no., worth a try for your case.

It works for me since my product is already registered with Creative on my email. But seems like you need to register your Soundblaster product first, so just having the promo code might not work.

Yep need to be registered.

Would you be using the promo or if your warranty is over, can pm your product serial number? May not work since the product is linked to your account atm
