Soundblaster zx, need help with installation.

I just got a creative soundblaster zx.

Headphone is working normally when pluck into the acm through both 3.5mm and 6.3mm slots.
Speaker is working normally if i pluck into acm's headphone jack.

However, my speaker does not play any sound when pluck into the back of the soundcard.
When i go into creative control panel, i am able to hear the "test" music through speaker when pluck into back of soundcard. Just that i am unable to hear anything when playing youtube video.

Any help please???

no... it works fine with the speaker now BUT my headphone jack now no sound. driving me crazy. lol. i realized that the control panel of soundblaster can change between headphone and speaker. change to speaker, put under stereo direct, everything fine. other option like 5.1 or stereo then no sound.

Change to headphone, all no sound including headphone. but now testing that time, can hear headphone.

right click your volume control and click "playback devices". Set each of the devices to default until it works lol

using Soundblaster fx with 4 speakers setup, headphone no prob.

When you switch between speaker and headphone in the software, you must restart the application you are running else no sound.

Set to stereo for youtube for speaker n headset, or click the scout mode
